I think all are correct. Is it right? How about your opinion?

All your options seem correct to me, Tung Quoc.

Since the first sentence is very short, personally, I’d say:

I had supper/dinner and then went out for/took a walk.

I think only 2 and 4 are correct.
Perhaps 3 if you want to stress you took a walk after dinner, not before.

The rest all make sense, but I don’t think they are grammatically correct.
