To me, all are acceptable but with 3. like this: Are you sure that your last suggestion is free from errors?/Are you sure that your last suggestion is error-free?

Those examples are OK too.

It’s probably better to use ‘of/from errors’ rather than ‘error’ in sentence 3.
They’re all okay within the right context.

Beeees,
Oh, I didn’t notice that (i.e. errors). Should I say it’s a typo?
Thank you for pointing out my mistakes and your help 24/7.

No, it is not a typo.

If this unannounced blockade in Nepal (by India) and the strikes and action called by the* MD parties continue for a further two months, then I predict civil war in Nepal is inevitable.

*I’m not sure what ‘MD’ refers to. I suspect in standard English the article would be required.

Thank you for your help.
I wrote MD so that only I can understand. Actually, it’s a group of Madhesi political parties who are unsatisfied with the current government. They are responsible for the strikes, movements etc. This has been going on for the last hundred + days. We, the Nepalese are suffering because of this. There’s shortage of almost everything. I think you know the current situation of Nepal.

Thanks.

PS: Here too, I request you to correct my grammatical mistakes.
