A possible title for a manuscript?

Hello teachers,
If I want to have a tittle for a manuscript and I want to include the four skills, “Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking” to make ir shorter, could it be?
a) Focus on Communication.
b) Focus on Communication and Information.

You could use (a) or say ‘Factors of Communication’.
