"a picture of yours" vs "a picture of you"

is there anyone who can tell me, which is correct?

a picture of yours
a picture of you

or, a photo, pictures, photos, whatever!

yours = The picture can contain anyone/anything and belongs to you.

Or: yours = a picture of something you own/possess

e.g.

This is a picture of my house and this is one of yours. (i.e. your house)

you = the picture contains you, but may or may not belong to you
