It has recently been announced that a new movie theatre may be built in my neighborhood. I see both the advantages and disadvantages of this. Let me try to explain my pros and cons.
To begin with that it would be a great benefit for our people concerning their entertainment. They will be given many more opportunities for their spare time. Is not it wonderful to go to a cinema with our friends and enjoy your free time just watching an exciting film? I thinks to the movie different crimes will reduce among our young people, because they will have less time pointless walking along the streets. Moreover, a good film may bring many new thinks into their minds and further broaden their horizons.
Second, that cinema may bring many jobs for our young unemployed people. As result they will have a chance to earn some money for their needs. Some students who study have to depend on their parents very often so I believe they will be very happy having that income. In this case students will be able to buy new clothes, book and many other useful things independently.
Of course it will bring my new visitors to our community and even may cause traffic jam in our narrow streets. We definitely will have less space to pack our cars. It cannot but concerning we, I think something should be done, maybe a new park need to be opened.
All in all, but I support the idea of building a new movie theatre in my neighborhood. I believe that it would be a wonderful place for entertainment and will bring some of new jobs for our people despite the fact that our streets will be overcrowded and less free space will be stayed for our cars.

First, Nowadays, young people seldom go out to watch movies, they have a lot of new methods to enjoy themselves with the development of science and technology. It seems that they prefer spending their free time at home to visiting many interesting places. I believe that they should spend more time outdoors visiting different cinemas, theatres, museums, art galleries and meeting their friends. So that new movie theater would be a great benefit for our people concerning their entertainment. A good film may not only entertain people but make them think and further broaden their horizons.
Second, I think that thanks to this new movie cinema crimes will be reduced in my community. There are a lot of offences among young people in my neighborhood. Many people feel themselves lonely and bored whereas they require activities to keep them busy and out of trouble. A new cinema will provide these people with a chance to reduce their stress levels and avoid many problems.
Of course it will bring many new visitors to our community and even may cause traffic jams in our narrow streets. We will definitely have less space to PARK our cars. Furthermore, young people will create some noise and disturb others as a lot of movies end too late, but in my opinion, all of such things would not be a real problem for my neighborhood.
All in all, but I believe that our city needs a new movie theatre and I hope that other people will share my point of view.
