B: Vegetarians, people who don’t eat meat. But a lot of people do eat meat, don’t they?
F: Yes, a lot of people eat some kind of meat.

What does “some” refer to?

1- One kind of meat
OR
2- Several kinds of meat

Merriam-Webster definition:
"being of an unspecified amount or number”
So, it could be one kind, several kinds, or many kinds. More than none.
