A hitch in your giddy-up
Your giddy-up is referring to your mood, your drive, your spirit, your demeanor.
So if you have a hitch in your giddy-up you are not firing on all 8 cylinders, you are slow, you are hindered, something is bothering you, you’ve taken a blow in the morale department
