'a bigger say'

Hi,

Does the expression ‘a bigger say’ mean ‘opinion’ or ‘authority’ in the following sentence:

‘The actress realised she was a star and wanted a bigger say about what she wore. She decided that she wanted this famouse disigner to work with her in the film.’

Thanks in advance!

She wanted more control over what she wore.
There’s a set expression: to have a say in something = to be able to influence something.
