7am 7 am 7a.m., 7 a.m.
7AM, 7 AM, 7A.M., 7 A.M.
I think all the above are correct
But which one do native speakers usually use?
Thanks.

As far as I can tell, 7am is the most commonly used version. Let’s see our native speakers have to say on the issue.
Thanks, Torsten.
So far, no native speaker has responded.
So what do you make of this? How do you interpret this screenshot?
Thanks, Torsten.
I’m surprised that the advertisements use the capitalised version.
Can I conclude that most native speakers use this version?
Actually, it’s not an ad but a directory listing. As for your question, I suggest you read this article: AM / PM | Common Errors in English Usage and More | Washington State University
Better, we can say 7.00 hrs, 12.00 hrs, 14.00 hrs. 21.00 hrs, this can easily find AM/PM. It is only my opinion.(instead of confusing ourselves from AM/PM.
Thanks
