writing a beautiful sonnet is as much an achievement as to finish a page novel.
Is the sentence ok?
“Writing a beautiful sonnet is as much an achievement as finishing a 500-page novel.”

“Writing … finishing …” is for the overall harmony of the sentence. Your “… to finish …” is not wrong in itself.
