Hi Bishtvimla,

You haven’t used any capital letters. Do you know what they are and when to use them? I’ll be happy to review your sentences once you have included some where you think they belong.

Sidala

Hi Sidala,

Your sentences are generally good but you need to take note of these points:

Note the spelling of ‘does’.
Days of the week require capital letters at the start.
‘Everything’ is one word in this context.
All sentences need to end in a full stop (or equivalent).
There is no space before a full stop or comma when you type.

Hello Sir,
How are you today?
Here are some negative forms:
It isn’t cold in my country
I don’t go to school anymore
It doesn’t matter anything
I don’t take a nap
My neighbour doesn’t quit drinking hot drinks
My parents don’t like sitting in an open sun
I don’t want to sail out
Have a nice day!
Margaret

Hello Margaret,

You haven’t used any full stops in your sentences. I’ll be happy to review your sentences once you have included some.

Hello Sir:
I have already listened to the “listen to vs. hear” class, but I can’t seem to find the access to the test; after I click on it, it only takes me to an option to access the forum. Could you help me please?
Thanks in advance,

Moyers.

Hi everyone
I do not drive a car.
I do not play piano also I like to learn it.
I do not people’s idea about happiness at me workplace.
They do not the meaning of quality of work life(QWL).
She does not bake a cake.

I do not play the piano, although I’d (I would) like to learn it.

I do not share people’s ideas about happiness in the workplace. - possibly. If this is not what you mean, then I don’t understand what you are saying.
They do not know the meaning of quality of work/life balance. - possibly, comment as above.

Hi Moyers,

It works for me, and takes me to this page:
english-test.net/esl/learn/e … l-test.php

Hi,
I don’t tell you the real reason.
She doesn’t ask me any question.
We don’t like swimming in dirty pools.
He doesn’t study hard.
They don’t go shopping.
It doesn’t sale anywhere.

It isn’t safe anywhere.

You need the plural form ‘questions’ with ‘any’.

The rest are okay.

I dont like my work, but i have to work, there no other choice,
We dont speak to each other, even we have a meeting everyday,

Please if i do grammar mistakes, i want you to correct me ,Torsten

Thank you very march
Regards
Anara

Hi Anara,
Look carefully at the differences:

I don not want to go for shopping ← I don’t want to go shopping.
She dos not like to visit a doctor, ← She does not like to visit a doctor.
They really dont like to eat the fish or seafood, ← They really don’t like to eat fish or seafood.
I dont like my work, but i have to work, there no other choice, ← I don’t like my work but I have to work, there is no other choice.
We dont speak to each other, even we have a meeting everyday, ← We don’t speak to each other, even though we have a meeting every day.

Notice that sentences need to end with full stops, not commas.
Every day (a two word expression) means daily/each day.
Everyday (a one word expression) actually just means ordinary or commonplace.

Thank you for the lesson number 9.

I eat food but I do not eat fatty foods.
I does write poems.
He does not work.
She does chat you.
I drink water, but I does not drink alcohol.
You does not say good morning.

Good morning/afternoon/evening, everyone.

Here are some negative sentences.

I do not like drinking beer.
She does not watch TV too often.
He does not smoke.
You do not speak spanish.
We do not go to Hawaii this summer.
They do not plan to go travelling this year.

Have a nice day!
