It looks like a satellite image that shows cars. Maybe, the picture was taken above the car marketplace.

I agree with Irina. Taking Torsten´s topic : Autos in Deutschland stehen nur - #4 by Torsten into consideration and the uniformity of the cars I suspect that it might be an armada of autonomous taxis.
