You obviously missed my reply because this thread is so busy.
Unfortunately you have now written the same post three times, twice in this thread and once in another one (where it also seems unrelated to previous posts in that thread). I understand that things are confusing, and you have already indicated that you are having problems following replies, so I’m sure that everyone will understand, but this is my advice for the future:
When you want to ask a question that does not follow on from someone something has said and that you have read, always start a new topic.
Choose an appropriate forum and click on its name.
Look for the ‘newtopic’ button and click on it.
Give your message a suitable subject, write your message in the message box, preview it if you wish, then when you are ready, click ‘send message’.
Your post will appear as a new topic in that forum.
Sir/Ma’am,
In howmany ways can we join the following sentences using ‘not only-but also’ and what are they?
“I am a teacher.My father is also a teacher”.
Thanks for answering.
Ashok
I would like to know what is the proper way to say “i’m in the bus or i’m on the bus” please explein.
Is there any easy method or exercise to learn and retain new vacabulary?.
Please don’t write ‘wanna’ as there is no such word in grammatically correct English. If you are serious in your commitment to learning the language then at least write it correctly where you can. You meant ‘want to’.
Hi everybody. my name is Tomas 700, and I´m a fanatic for languages. Some days ago I asked Torsten his opinion about English becoming the Latin of our era. What do you fellows.think ?
