Hi, I am Sel from Turkey...

Hello, Sel and everyone else.
I have been back from an international symposium for 3 days.
How’s doing these days?
It’s only two weeks left for me to prepare for my toefl test. I am merely running out my time. A little flustered yet.
Though, the symposium was really great. And I got a precious opportunity to meet with many professors and scholars both at home and abroad, which will definite be conducive to my application in the very soon. I can not stop dreaming of being a graduate within a wonderful relationship among supervisors and fellow apprentices.

I am looking forward to learn more about your recent situation.
Any funny things happened to you, please make sure to let me know.

Sincerely, naverock

But the saddest thing is that I have spent 8 years to become a gradute and I know nothing about chemical engineering. But I am not going to give up and I am trying to study at foreign country. SO I must take IELTS test and now I am preparing to study english. I will take that test at next year november. So I am writing this letter with broken English and I hope anyone who is reading this letter will understand me and I love this web site. Thanks u everybody…
Yesterday is history
Tommorow is mistery
Today is a gift…

Hi, htoote,
I can totally understand what you are telling.
But, I wonder how can you say ‘know nothing about chemical engineering’ after 8 years’ study of chemistry engineering.
PS: I like the description of yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Hi Htoote,
Nice to meet you in english-test.net! I’m 28 and I have master degree in mathematics. I’d like to go abroad university for studying, furthermore, I need to get at least 6.5 of 9 in IELTS bound. I’m testing my English by samples of ielts exam, but the result doesn’t satisfy me, because it’s not OK. So, as you see I can understand you

Hi htoote
we can definitely understand you. It’s clear enough. why next year? you don’t need that much time…your English is not that bad.
I’ll take it in February and my dream is score of 9 out of 9 in writing section. It might be a dream for me…but anything is possible.

I love description of yesterday, today and tomorrow you have written. Did you get it from somewhere. Where is the articles before nouns?
BTW: Thank you.

Hi, Richard,
You are helping others all the time. And I believe and sincerely hope you will get a good score in your writing section of IELTS.
It seems Sel hasn’t been here for a while. Hope she has done a good job in her mid-examination.
BTW: Alan recommended Andy as my English name. I like it. How do you think of it?
