Can you please let me know how exactly you open the forum through your email? You open your email using your browser, right?

I open via my Gmail Go app.

I need to check into this. As far as I understand, when you click on a hyperlink in an email you open in the Gmail app, the Gmail app automatically opens Chrome which in turn opens the URL. You do have Chrome on your phone, don’t you?

I open the app and see all the emails there. After that I open an email and click on ‘Visit Topic to respond’. Then it opens straight to the thread. Yes, I do have Chrome.

So, do you open and view the thread in Chrome or in the Gmail app?

Maybe that explains why the upload feature is not available. I was not aware of this difference and will check with the Discourse community. Thank you very much for letting me know :slight_smile::+1:.
