you insert the picture in your post well, but I think I have some problem with my Internet connection to load this image from puerto-rico-tourism.com website. but finally I could see it with some tricks 
of course it is a kind of Chinese foods, on of the most distinguishable parameters of Chinese foods is that they are more healthy and mostly are herbal. I have tried Chinese food when I was in Taipei, Taiwan. I really like them but I hate “souya” sauce smell. because most of the Chinese foods include Souya sauce I can’t think to eat them again :).
by the way there are some special tool for eating Chinese food, I tried several times to use them but I failed every time and people around laughing :). I prefer to use fork to eat them instead such odd tools.
