What folk have to realise is that there are only so many hours in the day. Luckily for me I am one of those people who can get by quite well on four hours sleep, and after trying to make a few bob to pay my bills, I have time to devote in helping, wherever I feel qualified.
On the other hand, both Alan and Torsten are occupied with dozens of other essential functions and just do not have the time to answer personally every query that some folk feel that they should.
We have some great helpers here, but we are not Supermen. We have our families to support by earning an income, but come hell or high water, we are there to help those who need us…but please let us rest occasionally.
