Hi all, could someone explain the meaning of the part in bold in the following context to me?
Now, just let me say this: That’s his business and I’m not critical of him for doing that. You will have to pass judgment on that particular point.
Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
to pass judgment means to consider something and give your opinion about it.
Does it make it clear for you?

Tort, if I interpret the mentioned context to “It’s indifferent to me what he did and my standpoint on whatever he did is neutral. So, don’t expect me to join you if you want to criticize him.” Am I wrong or right?
I would word it this way:
As for me, I don’t blame him for doing that, but you will have to judge his actions for yourself.
PS: your interpretation is fine.
Sounds about right to me, Isabelle.
