You travelled by plane last week and your suitcase was lost. You have still heard nothing from the airline company.
Write to the airline and explain what happened. Describe your suitcase and tell them what was in it. Find out what they are going to do about it.

Dear Mrs. May,

My name is Mahdi Dibaei and I travelled via one of you company’s planes to Istanbul last week. Our flight number was 102035 and we arrived in Istanbul at 18 on Thursday. Unfortunately, when we arrived there I did not find my suitcase. So, I told this issue the terminal manager and I asked him the suitcase. He promised me to find the suitcase until 1 hour but he didn’t. I am going to send this letter you to do some thing for finding my suitcase. My suitcase color was blue and I had some clothes and university certificates in it. The clothes are not so important for me but I really need my certificates here in Istanbul. Because I will have an interview next Saturday in polytechnic university of Istanbul and I must present the certificates to the university. I expect that you find my suitcase until Friday.
