Which one is right?

You must do this before due date? or
you must do this before the due date?

What’s the context here? Both options don’t necessarily sound wrong, but to me ‘it needs to be done before the due date’ sounds more like the ticket.

My question is ‘Shouldn’t there be a comma after HR Department?’
