Hello, which of the following titles is grammatically correct?

  1. Contemporary aspects of implementation of RFID technologies in the French libraries

  2. Contemporary implementation aspects of RFID technologies in the French libraries

  3. Contemporary aspects of RFID technologies implementation in the French libraries

To me, 1 and 2 are okay with 1 being preferable.

Leave out ‘the’ before French in #1 and 2.
Do not use #3.

It might also be preferable to place a ‘the’ before ‘implementation’ in #1 (but not in #2, which I dislike more than #1 anyway as it does not carry the same clarity).
