Hello,

“Whatsoever” is still used in American English.

Here is some information from one book:

1.“Whatsoever” is “old-fashioned.”
2. It should usually be used only in formal sentences.

a. “Whatsoever you seek, you shall find.”
b. Whatsoever reward you wish, you shall have."

  1. But that book says that Americans find the following kind of use very natural if you want to be emphatic (a stronger feeling):

a. There is nothing whatsoever we can do. (Stronger than only “There is nothing we can do.”)
b. The bank was no help whatsoever.

  1. Another book gives these examples:

a. His mother gives him what he wants.
b. His mother gives him whatever he wants.
c. His mother gives him whatsoever he wants.

  1. I found some example sentences in two dictionaries. I have used them in some bad dialogues that I have made up:

Mona’s mother: Are you really sure that you wish to marry James?
Mona: I have no doubt whatsoever.

James: I am going to ask the king to help me.
Mona: Don’t waste your time.
James: Why?
Mona: He is the “king” only in name. He has no power whatsoever.

James

It is used in all the Englishes in the world with exactly the same uses that you have outlined.
