when I took

[color=blue]1-He left when I took my bath.

Does this mean:
[color=darkred] a-He left while I was taking my bath.
[color=darkblue]b-He left after I took my bath.
[color=red]c-The sentence is ambiguous.

I think it should be like this;
He left when I was taking bath.

1-He left when I took my bath.-- This to me means that he left when I headed for the bathroom, in other words when I began to take my bath.
