When a lift truck tips over it doesn’t lose its balance but before; it tipped over because it lost his balance.Consequently something else happens after this that’s why I wrote: " it leaks fuel."
If the question would have been:Why has a lift truck tipped over because it lost its balance.
I interpreted in this way this question. Am I right?
