What would the meaning of a “Refurbished Engine” be ?
Would it mean it has been cleaned to look like new ?
or would it mean that it has been brought back to original specifications?
The latter would be closer to the meaning.
A refurbished engine would be one that has had worn parts replaced to return it to its original factory specifications
