What is the difference between “text” and “context”?

I think it’s like the difference between ‘words” and “story”.
Recently someone here asked about the word “call”. The dictionary lists several dozen definitions for the word. To determine the meaning, we read the words/text surrounding “call” to see what the author was saying before and after the word and how the way they used “call” fit into that context.
