What is the difference between include, involve, consist and contain?

What is the diffrence between ‘include’ ‘involve’ ‘consist’ and ‘contain’ in meaning and using? Can anyone help me?

include’ ‘involve’ ‘consist’ and ‘contain’
Contain: The CD contains all the lessons.
The glass contains milk in it.
