What are the differences of these sentences. look forward and looking forward.

Hi All,

1)I look forward to seeing you.
2)I am looking forward to seeing you.
3)look forward to seeing you.

What is the usage difference of above sentences.

Thanks & regards,
Maharoof P

#1 is more formal and less friendly than #2. #3 is not an acceptable sentence: we cannot use imperative with this verb.
