I wonât answer, but I would pick the one that is a higher degree. âFed upâ is pretty strong - more so than either answer I had in mind.

I chose âfed up withâ to replicate âVERY tired ofâ. âUnhappy withâ is not appropriate here as it would be used with reference to a person or more likely a situation which could be improved or changed and the weather is something you cannot do anything about!
