Invetrate: we can say like this an inveterate smoker and a inveterate drunker

Could you please give me some more examples on Inveterate?

Hi,

The second one would be ‘an inveterate drunkard’. It has the sense of describing a long lasting habit as in: inveterate traveller/football fan/practical joker/pessimist/optimist.
