Usage of roll up/hang up

I have got two questions.

 1. Please roll up the window.

I think roll up is used when you turn a rotating handle to slide the car window up. Nowadays, you can open/close a car window by pushing a button. Do we still say “roll up/down the window” in this case?

2) He hung up his phone before I finished speaking.

Would you use hang up even in the case of mobile phones? If not, what is the natural expression in the above context?

1-- I do.
2-- I would, but we don’t say ‘hung up one’s phone’; we say just ‘hung up’. He hung up before I finished.
