I have already tried to send this send this set of questions, seems unsuccessfully though… :slight_smile:

I’ve been going through some tests and have become puzzled over at some points, so would like to ask for some help…

I’d put “on” here but no articles…

  1. I’d like some information ___ cinema.
    a) on
    b) of
  1. What are you doing at_ Christmas? ( What will you be doing at Xmas?)

Neither choice of answer makes any sense.
Surely there were 3 possibilities!

  1. “i am not happy about the tour for two reasons” - does this sentence sound ok to you?

    a) in … for

the b) answer is excluded, but I am not 100% sure about the preposition (whether it’s necessary or not) in the second part of the sentence…

  1. “equator” - does it require definite article or not? e.g. “how many countries are there ___ equator?”
    a) at the; b) in c) on the

  2. La Traviata is ___ opera ___ Verdi composed.
    a) an … that b) the … which c) the … nothing
