Are the sentences below both correct?

  1. Two months today it will be Christmas.
  2. Two months from today it will be Christmas.

Christmas is two months from today.
It will be Christmas two months from today.

Your second sentence is also OK.
Your first sentence is sometimes said and is acceptable, but it’s not nearly as common as the above sentences.

The better of the two sentence is Two months from today it will be Christmas.
Of course, you are free to use the time adverbial phrase in the initial or end position.
