Very nice)) now I know that the English language can compete with the German language .
It’s not that bad, since it it is sort of like saying a sentence made up of nonsense words very quickly. So just say
Pneu mono ultra microscopic silico volcano coni osis
None of these individual parts is very hard to pronounce - “pneu” is pronounced like new. “coni” is pronounced like “coney”.
Without looking it up, I guess it is a lung ailment you get from breathing in ash or dust from a volcanic eruption?
