can we call trading between the producer and customer through a middlemen, indirect sale?

Yes I guess you could call that an indirect sale although this term is also used in the world of investors and then it has a different meaning.

Hmm, that’s a good intention. I think it will take a while until you can buy materials that prepare you for the new TOEIC version. I’ll do some research on this and the meantime you can practice your English with us if you like.
