Should a factory build in your community?

A new build factory has both advantages and disadvantages on our community. It would probably increase the life standard of the community, also the amount of taxes combined from a certain factory would cause a prosperous future of the area around. However, this new build factory has a great amount of drawbacks that I will describe in the rest of my essay.

First and foremost, a factory will cause immense pollution on our community . In fact, even the advancement in technology could not prevent the toxic gasses and materials that are produced from the factories. Of course, these amounts of gasses and poisonous materials will cause crucial problems related to mankind heath. According to the statistic analyses, 40 percent of population in the big sites suffers from the toxic fumes and in turns this leads a lung cancer and heart diseases on the community. Moreover, a new build factory creates a noise that effects to the society deeply and destroys their mood. Considering all these facts above, a new factory has much more drawbacks than its benefits.

In addition, a new build factory will occupy a large amount of area that could be useful for other purposes. For instance, there are only one big trade center in our city and majority of people buy their goods from this place. A new build trade center will be more successful plan than a factory because our community will get a new option by visiting this place and buying daily needs. Also, people can use this place for getting together and enjoy with its advantages. So, this example proves that a new build factory has a little benefit on our community.

All these illustrations above show that the disadvantages of a new factory weigh much heavier than possible advantages. Therefore, I firmly believe that a new build factory will cause drawbacks on our community.

Even though to be comrade with a wealth and highly prestigious one seems pleasant, only a sincere person is worthy of comradeship; indeed, neither money nor social class but honesty is the most essential corner-stone of a friendship, for veracity and loyalty as well as confidentiality which are determinant factors of endurance of a relationship originate in sincerity.

First of all, that under no conditions, a sincere friend tells a lie to others has several advantages for his/her friends. For example, to trust the trustful individual is easy since little time and energy is wasted for understanding whether his/her expressions and behaviors are real or not. In addition, the trustful person not only tells your strengths to yourself but also kindly critiques you for getting aware of the faults and mending your way. Besides, for an honest one to be not a liar makes others feel glad and peaceful of having him/her beside themselves. Further more, veracity of the friend causes others to believe him/her whenever he/she declares need for help or support. Finally, since no contradictions are observed in behavior and talks of the veracious individual, others do not get confused and aggravated of him/her. Hence, trustfulness is result of sincerity.

Secondly, a genuine individual is always loyal towards his/her friends as they can rely on him/her, which causes an honest one be chosen for friendship. For instance, the friend’s loyalty makes him/her not give up you in condition that you are teeming with adversities or new friends arrive but provides required supports with you. Also, Whenever you feel lonely or depressed, the dedicated friend spends with you sometime in order to get ride of sadness; indeed, the loyalist patiently and with no expectation allocates some part of his/her time for listening to you when you are tired of life’s undesirable events. Consequentially, not a decrease or increase in amount of your money, beauty, health, or fame change the loyalty of the honest friend towards you.

The last but not the least, never does an honest friend reveal secrets which you have confide in him/her and no time does she/he misuse of them; indeed, that a secret always remains a secret between you and him/her makes the friendship full of relief. For example, if you are going to surprise your parents by a gift, the confidential friend does not make others aware of your decision. Further more, for her/him to be confidential causes to express easily your feelings and thoughts about every thing to him/her and do not be obliged to hide them since you believe that she/he never retells your private life to another one. Therefore, to be not telltale is very critical in lasting a friendship and causes it to continue pleasingly.

Thus, to be honest, which is the basis of a friendship, results in veracity, loyalty, and confidentiality; instead, to be insincere annihilates every amiable relationship and converts it to animosity. Whereas, to be ailment, to be bankrupted, or having not a meeting for a long time does not have adversely effect on the friendship.

Of course, these amounts of gasses and poisonous materials will cause crucial problems related to LOCAL RESIDENTS heaLth.

Moreover, a newLY BUILT factory WOULD create noiseS that HAS A SERIOUS effect ON the COMMUNITY AND destroys their mood. Considering all these facts above, a new factory has MANY more drawbacks than IT HAS benefits.

In addition, a NEWLY BUILT factory will occupy a large amount of area that could be useful for other purposes. For instance, there IS only one big trade center in our city and THE majority of people buy their goods from this place. A new center WOULD be A more successful PROJECT RATHER than a factory, because our community will get a new ALTERNATIVE IN visiting this place and buying THEIR daily needs. Also, people can use this place for getting together and enjoyING with its advantages. So, this example proves that a factory has little benefit FOR our community.

All these illustrations above show that the disadvantages of a new factory weigh much heavier than possible advantages. Therefore, I firmly believe that a new factory will cause DISSATISFACTION IN our community.

Being able to speak well is important than being able to write well

Some people will have good ability to speak well ,while some have the ability to write well.Some can argue that writting very efficiently is more important than speaking.As for as concerned to me, I will grade speaking efficiently is much more important than writting good.This essay will demonstrate how speaking well is important.

Writting efficiently is also important and also very hard because we have to make sure that we should not leave any grammatical errors and should be good at framing a sentence. However,If we are confident in one language only we could write it. This shows that we can able to write the language.Although, they are good at writting, I have seen many people who dont know to master te language while speaking but they ould write good while they are writting. For instance, one of my friend is very good at writting english but, when she speaks to someone in english she struggle hard to speak, almost she will get nervous to speak. This is because, She is more sure that while she is writting she could correct the sentence twice or thrice, and most important thing she is more confident that nobody is watching her. This sounds highly that she is not confident in her english language.

Speaking well (consider in english) makes a person more confident.However she made many grammatical errors, while speaking to others (say to native speakers) they could correct her language and surely she could rectify it when she is speaking again she will never do the same mistake again. However, she may not be good at writting but while speaking more frequently, surely she could develop her speaking skills and this will helps her to develop her writting skills.

To sum up, Speaking well is more important than writting well, because while speaking well it judges the confidence and positive spirit of a person. So I assert srongly that speaking well is very important than writting.

Should a factory be build in your community?

Should a factory be build in your community is quit a difficult decision and probably there are a lot of people who are up to the idea and several who are not. Moreover nobody should denied to hear neither sides of the game. A factory can bring very good advantages as well as disadvantages. Anyway it makes sense to me to being open minded for new opportunity´s so I think a factory should been build in a community were the circumstances fit well.

First of all a factory in a community can bring a lot of advantages to the community. Lets have a look at the employment rate, it could just increase the rate when the factory will be build. All the families don`t need to worry about finance issues if they get a job in the facility. Everybody who has to take above 40 km to get to the work know´s what an advantage it is to been able to work right in the neighborhood.

Furthermore I guess it is good if a factory will be build in a community because it is not just good to a single person or a family the whole community will have benefits from the factory. Therefore I can state a example from a village next to mine. This Village have a huge bussiness park and all the factorys and companies their paying taxes to the community, the result was that the entire village experienced wealth. The streets are new and nobody have to pay for is´s private street approaches. This are great benefits to everybody.

In conclusion I think a factory should build if its possible because the local economy just have benefits, all the residents have work and don´t need to drive that far and at last the community itself is not forced to spend hug amounts of money for street renewals. Exactly because of that I think it is a good idea to build a factory in a community.
