Yes. (Though it should arguably have something else: either ‘… not going to visit her aunt’ or '…not going to her aunt’s (house) )

‘She will not go…’ also works.

could be, and depending on when you are talking, it could also be -

or even, this morning she hasn’t gone to her aunt.
