Which of the above two sentences sounds natural? I want to know in what situations we have to use they/these?

‘These’ sounds better. ‘These’ is a demonstrative adjective or pronoun; it points more graphically toward a plural noun elsewhere in the text or context.

Here, “URL’s”- correct? I doubt.

For (Unified Resource LocaterS),we don’t need - URL’s.
