The use of skilled worker

Hi All,

A man who finishes a trade school as a carpenter is a skilled worker

If this man still doesn’t know much about his trade then I could call him a
bad skilled worker?

On the other hand if the man is good at working as a carpenter then I could call him a good skilled worker or a skilful skilled worker?

You can not use ‘bad skilled’. A person is either ‘skilled’ or ‘unskilled’.
The experience counts.
A person just out of school is only an apprentice, or a trainee.
So I disagree with all the expressions you have given and they all require to be reworded.

No. I might just call him/her ‘inexperienced’.

In this case, I might say ‘highly skilled’ (and/or experienced).
