I think 1 and 2 are both grammatical, but as for 3 and 4, they don’t make any sense, first of all, because ‘as possible/ly as you can’ sounds like some tautological nonsense.

pokemon was right. As possible and can are the same in meaning. Quick or quickly depends on the verb you use before it, i.e be or ordinary verb.
