Can you say: ‘a bright night sky’ and ‘a bright starry night’. If you have alternatives, please, would you be so kind as to share them with me?


I think “bright” is iffy here. You can talk about “bright stars”, and I think you could get away with “bright moonlit night”, but in your specific examples the word “clear” seems better.
