I have read

‘The Provider and the Recipient are a part of a multinational group of companies whose principal business is the business of providing entertainment …’

In this context, are the provider and the recipient are in a group of companies, in other word, the provider and recipient are related. Or they just happens to be in the entertainment industries and not related under the structure of group of companies

Could anyone let me know?

Either interpretation is possible. As a part of a contract, however, I would presume that they are related; otherwise, there would be no point in the mention.
