If I talked about a family,how could I refer to: The Colliers or The family Collier?(it’s just an example of name)

“the Colliers” or “the Collier family” sounds most natural to me. “the family Collier” sounds feasible but less usual. Note that you should not capitalise “the” (unless at the start of a sentence, obviously).
