Thank you for your advice...

Hi dear Alan and Torsten! I am in a difficult situation!!! I try to remember many english words, but I cannot remember at all. Torsten, tell me your experience and approach of remembering english words. By chance I saw that your native language is German. I read that German and English have many common points. I think to study English for Germans is very easy. These languages are relatives. That’s why many germans know English very good.
Tell me your advaice. And I want to ask Alan: How many languages do you know and what do you think about these languages and of your approach of remembering foreign words.
Thank you
