Now a days maintaining body health is big challenge for us.Present life style and eating habit makes us more fatty , becomes obesity and developing lots of disease in our body.How to alleviate and change our life style.

Nowadays, maintaining body health is a big challenge. Our present life style and eating habits make us fatter. We become obese and our bodies are prone to disease. How should we alleviate and change our life style?
