Does she know my name?

Does he go to college today?
is not incorrect in a small number of contexts, but usually the form you need revolves around the verb ‘to be’, not ‘to do’:
Is he going to college today?

Only the last one is completely incorrect:
Does it have a cap?

Do you have dinner?
Does she get a book?
Do they go with us?
Does your mother go to market?

The usual verb for all those question forms is ‘to be’:
Are you having dinner?
Is she getting a book?
Are they going with us?
Is your mother going to market?
