Should there be a comma before “which”?

A 21-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly participating in a kidnapping scam that defrauded a victim of more than $350,000.

Since the relative pronoun ‘which’ stands for the whole clause (main) before it, I’d say the comma is necessary.
