Should there be a comma before "which"?

A 21-year-old woman has been arrested for her alleged involvement in a kidnapping scam which saw a victim cheated of more than $350,000.

Should there be a comma before “which”?

Thanks.

Since the relative pronoun ‘which’ stands for the whole clause (main) before it, I’d say the comma is necessary.
