Should "of course" be set off by commas?

Caleb knew this and was likely why he was reticent to have people rummaging through his personal belongings. He didn’t want people going through his backpack–which was of course typical of any teenager and his parents didn’t really think much of it

Should “of course” be set off by commas?

Thanks.
