She looks like you?

Hi guys,

Suppose you met a friend with his child? The child looks like a copy of her father. The same eyes, nose, and rest of face. In this case, can I say:

Hey man, she is very cute, she looks exactly like you!

The bold part of the previous phrase, is it correct English? Is common spoken English? Would you suggest something else with same meaning? Fore instance “she is more like you!”.
Thanks,

yeah, you can also say: “she takes after you” or “she resembles you”

Were you born in Canada for real?

Thanks Anonymousdt.

You can also say look the same and look similar though they’re less common.

Like yesterday… It was you.
