Sentence: I told her that dad wanted me to give her the keys which I have to...

I told her that dad wanted me to give her the keys which I have to go back and take from the store where I had forgotten them.

If it doesn’t make sense, that’s what I am trying to tell you about:

Dad wanted me to give her the keys. I went to the place where she lives to give her the keys. But then I realized that I had forgotten to bring the keys with me. I forgot to take them from the store where Dad gave me. So I told her I’ll go back to the store and get them back for her.

I told her that dad wanted me to give her the keys, but I had to go back and get them from the store, where I had forgotten them.

Hi Iloveenglish,

I would not use ‘forgotten them’ in your sentence. What you really mean is: where I had forgotten I left them. It would be simpler to say simply: where I had left them.

Thanks a lot Mister Micawber and Alan!
